    Race Day - Sunday September 11, 2011

    This is a 2 stint, single driver endurance race. The lap count for this race is targeted to run a total of 3 hours of race time. There will be a 15 min break between stints for car maintenance. Completiton times will be compiled to determine an overall finishing order.

    Qualifying Deadline - 5:00 PM EDT
    This is a hard deadline, no exceptions.

    Qualifying Form

    If you are a certified host, or confident you can host 10 drivers and operate the grid staging procedure and would like to earn your hosting certificate, please indicate that you are willing to host in the comment box when you submit your Qualifying time.

    Titanium Semi-Racing Exhaust
    Standard Transmission - default
    Clutch: Twin Plate
    Flywheel: Semi-Racing
    Adjustable LSD (Optional)
    Carbon Drive Shaft
    Suspension: Fully Customizable Kit

    In the spirit of production car racing, the Close Ratio 6-Speed or Fully Customizable Transmissions can NOT be used to qualify or race in this event. The stock transmission must be equipped.

    Fully broken in and built to spec this car will make 534hp and 407ft-lb of torque, weigh 1321kg and produce up to 15/40 Aero, resulting in a maximum of 574PP. The maximum rpm listed in the tuning screen will be 8700rpm. The visual redline on the HUD will read approximately 8200rpm. Since no turbos are allowed there should be no Turbo Boost Gauge. These figures, not the race lobby restrictions, are the maximum allowed. The Marshals Group will perform spot checks with race replays.

    GT Auto Parts:
    Oil Change, Car Wash, Rims, Paint and both Chassis and Engine Refresh are always allowed.

    This race requires just the pre-race PP restrictions to be set. This event does NOT require a pre-race hp/min kg check or post race max weight check. All participants are encouraged to watch for the legality of their opponents cars when watching replays. The required engine parts produce a specific redline (8200rpm) on the HUD. This car is limited to Semi-Racing exhaust and the stock transmission. Any variance from those parts will produce either an increased redline, different exhaust tip or sound, or gear whine from the transmission, indicating a car is using illegal parts.

    Nice to see a banner!

    Also, disappointed to see that it's an evening start time. I've always loved that Enduros were the one event at the TPRA where I could race at 3 in the afternoon rather than 3 in the morning, lol. I'm sure there is a reason for the 18:00 start time. That's 23:00 for me so I won't be done until at least 03:00 (there's always delays). Will be a tough effort to keep concentration, however, car and circuit combo looks promising.

    I'm pretty excited for this one. Kinda hoping the long straights allow for some resting time. Maintaining focus just becomes a bloody chore after 30 straight laps.
